Pickers Paradise North/South: -Antique buildings-5000 sq ft -Treasures from antiques and collectibles to every day household items -Booth size appoximately 20 x 15 and cost $150 per month -Half of booth can be rented when available for $75 per month -5% commission on credit card sales only -3-month initial lease period, month-to-month after that -$30 security deposit to secure space -Garage sale/clothing is not allowed -Spaces must be kept clean and organized and all items must be priced to sell. These are not to be used as storage units -All vendors will be juried prior to engaging into contract -Open 7 days a week
Rose Marie: -Artist/hand crafted building -Nearly 2000 sq ft of beautiful items made by local Michigan Artists -Space is available on a commision basis of 30% -All items in this building must be handcrafted -All new vendors must supply 3 to 5 photos of products to review prior to engaging in contract at RM -Open Thursday-Sunday currently
Vintage Markets: -Vintage markets May and September (contact us for dates) -10 x 10 spaces for $25.00 -Saturdays 9am-4pm -Over 50 booths of antique/collectible vendors, artists, and food
